layer:news_flash

News Flash Layer

This layer cycles through up to 5 different messages. It is similar to the breaking news layer but there are a few more options and room for larger entries. Changes made to the news parameters are reflected immediately in the output. The text is overlaid on a customizable background which can be removed if you want.
